Q) If I see any photos in bridal magazines that I like the look of and would like to have a similar style of photo included in my wedding album, is this possible?

A) Almost anything is possible! You may bring along any photo examples with you to discuss any techniques. Our flexibility and our technical skills will try to achieve the photo style that appeals to you.

Q) If I decide to change my photography package after I have booked, is this possible or am I locked into the package that I originally booked?

A) You can always change your package! In essence the packages are made to include all of the essential elements of wedding photography, however this may vary depending on the your requirements.

Q) With the Online Viewing Gallery, I see that it is pin-numbered protected for my privacy, but is this really necessary?

A) In our experience, this has been most beneficial for our clients. Generally our Clients want to be the first to view their wedding photos within their own private gallery, followed very closely by family and friends, rather than having their wedding photos displayed in an open forum on the Internet.

By advising your family and friends of your own pin-number for your own private gallery, your privacy is always assured.

Q) How long do my photos stay online?

A) Your photos will be online for 12 months and then archived, however, if you require your Gallery after this time, we can provide you with a direct link to our server. There is no charge for this service. 

Q) After I have selected my photos, how long does it take to finalise my album?

A) As soon as you have given us your selection, we compile the photos onto a Proof Gallery, so that you can review the chosen photos and any changes requested (including post-production), before we ‘go to print’. Once you give us the green light to go ahead, the completion time is approximately 10 – 14 days, depending upon the workload at the time.

Q) What do you mean by ‘post production’?

A) Post production is the term used to describe all the work carried out after your photo shoot. This is when we process your photos, air-brushing, conversion to black and white, sepia wash, any special effects, mounting the photos in your album etc.

Q) Can my family and friends purchase any photos from you?

A) Yes, they can certainly purchase photos from us. They can either email or post their photo selection to us, together with a contact phone number and postal address. We can arrange payment to be received by credit card (by obtaining the card details over the phone; please do not send any details via email) or we can accept personal cheques or money orders. Paypal is also available through our website .

Q) Are the photographs printed by Digitello Photography?

A) Yes, we print all of the photos in-house. The reason for this is that the printing is under the strict control of the Photographer at all times to maintain the  consistent quality and integrity of the images.

Q) Do you ever delete any photos?

A) We never delete any photographs from your wedding gallery. We often have Clients contact us years after their wedding day to order more photos and we are very happy to oblige!

Q) Do you back up my wedding photos.

A) Yes, we back up all information straight away. We back up on hard-drives, as well as on storage media. Your information is stored indefinitely, it is never deleted.

Q) For the framed photograph that is included within the packages, do I have a choice of frame, or is it a standard frame?

A) We use a standard frame, either in a dark brown mahogany or a black supplied by Larson-Juhl. Custom framing, where you choose outside of that frame, will incur an additional charge, depending upon the frame style chosen.

Q) Do I have to use the album that is included within the packages, or can I supply my own?

A) We only mount the album that is included within the packages, however if you would prefer to use your own album, we would prefer to see the album first for compilation and mounting purposes, as an extra fee may apply. If you would prefer to substitute the package album to your preferred album, then the cost price of the package album will be deducted from the package price. If you would prefer to substitute the package album to your preferred album, but still retain the package album, no deductions to the package price will occur.
