Q: Can I change my photography wedding package, after I have booked?
A: Yes, you can always change your wedding photography package before your wedding date!
Q: If I need to change the date of my wedding for whatever reason, is this possible?
A: Yes, you are welcome to change the date, providing I have not been previously booked.
Q: Can I add more photos to my album and if so how many?
A: Yes you can! The album can comfortably hold about 50 pages / 100 surfaces.
Q: If I see any photos in bridal magazines that I like the look of and would like to have a similar style of photo included in my wedding album, is this possible?
A: Almost anything is possible! You may bring any photo examples along with you to discuss any techniques. With my technical skills and flexibility I will try to achieve the photo style that appeals to you.
Q: How long do you host the Internet Proofs and Album Proofs for?
A: The Proofs are hosted for twelve (12) months from the time they are first established online.
Q: How many Album Proofs can I have before I decide to go to print?
A: You are entitled to three consecutive Album Proofs.
Q: How long does it take to receive my album?
A: As soon as you have flight-checked your Album Proof and authorised the print run, your album will be completed in approximately 3 - 4 weeks. However current work commitments may extend completion times.
Q: Do you attend the wedding rehearsal?
A: Yes I do, as this is a good time to meet the Wedding Party, the Parents and who will be conducting the wedding ceremony / service.
Q: What are the benefits of purchasing photos from you ?
A: The benefits of purchasing photos from me, is that I can make any adjustments to the photos that maybe required by you. Airbrushing photos may not mean just removing blemishes, but could be removing graffiti or an unsightly chain mesh fence from your wedding photo. The photo can also be re-sized to any dimension to fit any frame that you may have purchased or received as a wedding gift.
Q: During the reception coverage, do you require a meal to be provided for you?
A: You are not obliged to provide a meal, however the photography will undergo an intermission during the wedding reception meal, with the photography recommencing shortly after as discussed with the Bride and Groom.
Q: How long do Bridal / Wedding Party photos usually take, as we don't want to be away from our families and friends for too long?
A: It really depends on you! Some couples are happy to just have sunset photos on the beach or at a park or a combination of the two. One thing to consider though is the travel between the location/s as this will increase the time away from your families and friends depending on the distance.
Q: With the high resolution printable files, how big can I print the photos to?
A: You can print photos up to approximately: 30cm x 43cm or even larger with photo editing software.
Q: Can I put in or take elements out of any wedding package?
A: Yes you can; this gives you an opportunity to design a wedding package most suitable to your needs.
Q: Do you video weddings as well?
A: I only photograph (still photography) as I feel that video is a specialised field within itself.
Q: Can I print from the low resolution Internet Proof CD?
A: The Internet Proof CD is a low resolution CD and only suitable for display on a computer screen, as the resolution is not sufficient for printing on photographic paper.
Q: Do you photograph more than one wedding on the day?
A: I only photograph one wedding per any given day as this enables me to give you my full attention on your wedding day.
Q: Do you photograph the wedding yourself or do you employ other people to photograph the wedding?
A: A very important point; in reply, yes, I photograph every wedding myself.
Q: After we have booked you to photograph our wedding do we meet up again before the wedding?
A: I like to meet up with clients a couple of times as well as keeping in touch before the wedding as this gives me a better idea of what you like and I believe it assists you in feeling more comfortable and relaxed as we get to know each other a little more.
